Standard 2-inch and 3-inch stem rollers, nylon and steel, ride on the truck. Sealed or extended-life bearing rollers sometimes need to be ordered in, and we'll tell you that on-site before starting anything so you're not surprised.
Usually yes. Rollers, track, and hardware are a small job compared to the door and springs. If the panels themselves are dented, rusted through, or the track is bent beyond adjustment, we'll say so - replacing the whole door can end up cheaper than chasing repairs on a door that's fighting you at every point.
